What Is It Like To Have Lyme?
If you have or know someone with Lyme disease, you’re aware of the tremendous challenges faced. Sometimes, all you can do is breathe.
But sometimes, from the saddest moments come some of the most beautiful. This song was written (and now performed) by Alisa Turner during her battle with Lyme disease.
It then also helped her continue breathing through the tragic loss of her son as a result of her Lyme disease.
And here Jenny and Tom Buttaccio of XO Pictures created this inspirational challenge video to show the realities of what it is like to live with Lyme with a twist of light-hearted humor.
